Le Fromager de Pékin, established in 2009, is an explorer and introducer of French artisanal cheese in China. Combining French technics and Beijing local milk, our cheeses have won 3 golden medals and 4 silver medals in cheese competitions held in France. We also have 2 cheeses included in Word Cheese Book published by DK.
